New Jersey Man Indicted on Nashua Rape Charges: Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

James Geigel, 21, of Tolles Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of gift cards from 7-Eleven in Nashua on March 14, 2023.

Kevin Greenleaf, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 11, 2023, in Nashua.

Shawn Holmes, 49, of Albion Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working with another to steal more than $1,500 worth of property from Best Buy in Nashua on Dec. 7, 2022.

Jie Hao, 55, of Barrett Street in Malden, MA, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of causing more than $1,500 worth of damage to another person’s property in Hudson on July 28, 2021.

Eduardo Jacinto-Neri, 23, of Oak Tree Road in Iselin, New Jersey, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges. Justina Jensen, 35, of Woodward Road in Merrimack on a felony duty to inform charge. She was accused of failing to register a change of address with Merrimack police on Aug. 10, 2023. Jensen is a registered sex offender due to a prostitution conviction for pimping out a teenage girl she met during the Occupy NH demonstrations in 2011.

Nathan Kimball, 34, of Everett Street in Dover on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, fentanyl para-fluorofentanyl, and methamphetamine mix in Hudson on Sept. 1, 2023.

Michael Kittredge, 42, of Clocktower Place in Nashua on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman twice in Nashua on Sept. 18, 2023.

Brie Lalime, 22, of no fixed address, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 1, 2023, in Merrimack.
