Woman Who Allegedly Pimped Occupy NH Teen Arrested Again: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Stefan Watts, of Taylor Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident on D’Amante Drive near Target.

Brian S. Demeritt, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident in Bicentennial Square. Demeritt has been arrested numerous times during the past few years for theft, trespass, breach of bail, stolen property, and other charges.

Kayla L. Emond, of Concord, was arrested at 3:41 a.m. on Dec. 25, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested in the laundry room of Building 2 of Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Valerie E. Fredette, of Elliott Road in Alton, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. on Dec. 25, 2016, for two counts of receiving stolen property and disobeying an officer. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Loudon Road. In 2013, while living in Loudon, she was arrested in Concord on an assault charge.

Dawn J. Torregrossa, of Lawrence Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. on Dec. 25, 2016, for second-degree assault, second-degree assault-domestic violence, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening, after an alleged incident on Lawrence Street. She was also arrested in October 2016 on assault charges.

Tyler C. Dobson, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 11:06 p.m. on Dec. 25, 2016, for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Edgewood Heights.

Samantha C. Williams, of Johnson Hill Road in Bradford, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Dec. 26, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Green Street.

Heather E. Roehrig, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2016, for willful concealment, after an alleged incident at the Target on D’Amante Drive.

Justina Jensen, pictured, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2016, on a warrant. She was arrested in an apartment on Bog Road. According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, back in 2011, Jensen was accused of pimping a teenage girl she met during the Occupy NH demonstrations.
