Pelham Man Indicted In 9 Felony Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Manuel Leandro Bedoya-Parra, 25, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Kohl’s in Nashua on Feb. 2.

Thomas Briand, 23, of Parker Drive in Hudson on falsifying physical evidence and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing a gun inside a residence while another person was present and concealing the firearm to impede an investigation in Hudson on Dec. 24, 2022.

Kalif Brooks, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 3 in Nashua.

Sergio Burgos, 32, of Sapling Circle in Nashua on three felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of striking a child under a year old in the face and torso and compressing the child's torso with his hand on Feb. 19 in Nashua.

Damien Collins, 29, of Wilton Road in Milford on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking a police officer in the head with a metal CO canister on Feb. 22 in Milford.

Ryan Coombs, 28, of Rain Pond Place in Derry on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Goodales Bike Shop in Nashua on Dec. 21, 2022.

Bretton Crawford, 31, of Timber Lane in Pelham on nine felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images on June 26, 2021, in Pelham.

Elijah Cruz, 18, of Humphrey Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Pelham on Feb. 21.
