Woman Indicted For Negligent Homicide After 2020 Crash: Court
Plus: Concord men indicted on strangulation charges; two face felony title fraud charges; Manchester man indicted on check forgery charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Andrew Clement, 33, of Jackson Avenue in Suncook on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Hall Street in Concord on Dec. 20, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender.
Steven Cohen, 31, of Colby Street in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl and cocaine mix charges, both felonies, on Sept. 17, 2021, in Bow.

Larry Cole, 40, of Pleasant Street in Concord on two felony possession of controlled drug act; subsequent offense, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges on Oct. 5, 2021, in Bow.
Damien Michael Collins, 28, of Rockingham Street in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a man with a cellphone charging cord on Nov. 30, 2021, in Concord.

Susan Condodemetraky, 79, of Gilmanton Road in Belmont on two felony counts of title fraud. She was accused of making false statements on certificate of titles on two cars on Oct. 29, and Oct. 30, 2020, in Concord.
Stephan Condodemetraky, 53, of Berge Lane in Derry on two felony counts of title fraud. He was accused of making false statements to the state about certificates of titles on two cars on July 6, and July 7, 2020, in Concord.
Shannon L. Cota, 34, of Eagle Hollow Road in Corinth, Vermont, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 13, 2020, in Franklin.
Catelyn M. Cote, 29, of High Street in Boscawen on negligent homicide, second-degree assault, reckless conduct, and possession of methamphetamine, and possession of fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl charges, all felonies. The other charges stem from an accident that occurred in Webster on Aug. 2, 2020. Cote was accused of causing the death of Adam Liesner by “driving a motor vehicle then abandoning the driver’s seat” which resulted in “the vehicle crashing into a tree.” Another passenger of the vehicle sustained an open fracture of her left knee. The fentanyl charge was from an incident in Loudon on Dec. 2, 2021.
Frederick M. Cote, 33, of Curtice Avenue in Concord on second-degree assault and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 31, 2021, in Concord and attempting to induce the victim to plead the fifth on Jan. 6 in Boscawen.
Scott David, 57, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a fake check on the account of North Branch Construction for $4,533.11 in Concord on Dec. 22, 2021.
