Pittsfield Man Accused Of Firing Gun Near Child At Nashua Motel: Court
Plus: Accused Nashua amphetamine dealer indicted; man faces two strangulation charges; New Ipswich man indicted on a car theft charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Terrance Portinari, 22, of Tilton Hill Road in Pittsfield on reckless conduct-domestic violence and two criminal mischief charges, all felonies. He was accused by police of pointing and firing a gun near a child at Motel 6 in Nashua on Nov. 22, 2021, and causing damage to a television and drywall.
Joseph Racca, 34, of Gillette Drive in Londonderry on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-oxycodone, amphetamine, buprenorphine, and alprazolam mix on Nov. 10, 2021, in Nashua.

Jose Ramos, 22, of Railroad Square in Nashua on a felony sale of a controlled drug-amphetamine charge. He was accused by police of selling five pills to a person cooperating with the Nashua police on Nov. 9, 2020.
Matthew Reynolds, 40, of Clark Street in Hudson on possession of alprazolam, possession of oxycodone, and possession of methylphenidate charges, all felonies, on Nov. 14, 2021, in Hudson.

Richard Riley, 26, of Page Hill Road in New Ipswich on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused by police of obtaining a 2010 Toyota Camry owned by another person in Greenville on Jan. 13.
Francisco Santos Rivera, 67, of Searles Road in Nashua on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused by police of driving a Lincoln MKX SUV on Searles Road in Nashua on Nov. 18, 2021. Rivera was deemed a habitual offender in April 2019.
Bunnath Ros, 41, of Mason Street in Nashua on a felony driving after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused by police of driving on Mason Street in Nashua on Dec. 14, 2021.
Derick Rudy, 20, of Chandler Street in Nashua on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused by police of strangling an intimate partner between Aug. 1, and Aug. 31, 2021, and again on Oct. 17, 2021, in Nashua.
Jessica Savage, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on April 24, 2021, in Nashua.
David D. Smith, 36, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 11, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute in May 2012.
