Teens From Merrimack Arrested On Felony Theft Charges In Nashua
Cody Cook, Jackson Cote, and Brent Wallin were arrested after tools were stolen from trailers at the Fairgrounds Middle, Elementary schools.

NASHUA, NH — The theft of tools from construction trailers at the Fairgrounds Middle and Elementary schools have led to charges against three men from Merrimack.
On Oct. 28, police were sent to the school grounds after tools from construction trailers were reported stolen during the overnight hours, according to Lt. Patrick Hannon of the Nashua Police Department.
"It was learned that two businesses performing work on the schools had construction trailers on site which were broken into," he said. "Each company sustained a loss of more than $1,500."

The Criminal Investigation Division furthered the case ultimately identified these three men as suspects. Cody Cook, 18, and Brent Matthew Wallin, 19, of Turkey Hill Road in Merrimack were arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer each. Jackson Cote, 18, of Belmont Drive in Merrimack was charged with two felony counts of criminal liability for the conduct of another-theft by unauthorized taking-transfer.
Cook and Wallin are due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South for arraignment on Jan. 21, 2021. Jackson's arraignment date was unknown at post time.

Cook, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader, was accused of pulling a knife on a family member in June at the Griffin Street Boat Ramp in Merrimack. Wallin, according to police in Merrimack, was arrested on an operating after a suspension-subsequent charge and license display violation in September.
