Wilton Man Indicted On First-Degree Assault Charges: County Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Robert Heathcoe, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua on criminal mischief and two burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing D Men’s Barbershop and Lineage Vapors in Nashua on Nov. 22, 2021.

Donovan Jannette-Hicks, 28, of Putnam Hill Road in Wilton on stalking, five first-degree assault, and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused by police of beating and strangling an intimate partner repeatedly with a salt lamp, fracturing her face, and breaking her nose between Dec. 22, and Dec. 23, 2021, in Greenville.

Evin Joyce, 22, of Beacon Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Dec. 7, 2021, in Nashua.

Jason Kenyon, 40, of Lowell Street in Manchester on a sale of fentanyl charge. On July 1, 2020, he was accused of selling the drug to an agent of the Nashua Police Department charge. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in October 2002 in Manchester District Court.

Shawn Kerner, 36, of Powers Street in Milford on two felony dissemination of private sexual images and four violation of privacy-disseminate charges. Between Jan. 1, 2015, and Aug. 23, 2021, he was accused of posting videos of him having sex with two women to an online video website from Nashua.

Raymond Laforest, 24, of Barker Street in Keene on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of transferring thousands of dollars from another person’s digital credit union and bank accounts in Nashua on Sept. 25, 2021.

Jennifer Leblanc, 48, of West Pearl Street in Nashua on aggravated felonious sexual assault and two falsifying physical evidence charges. She was accused by police of digitally penetrating a victim on Dec. 29, 2021, and then, on Dec. 30, 2021, placing her hands in toilet water to wash away evidence and knocking her fingernail clippings from a table to the floor to impair an investigation. Nicole Letellier, 34, of Mobile Drive in Hudson on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges on Dec. 24, 2021, and Feb. 8 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on another charge in October 2013.

Derek C. Leclair, 48, of Bush Hill Road in Hudson on reckless conduct and two attempted first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a Sig Sauer handgun twice at an unknown man in a residential neighborhood on May 5, 2021, in Hudson.

Jerald Leith, 34, of Almont Street in Nashua on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing a press tool from another person on Feb. 7, 2021, in Nashua.

Mallory Levesque, 37, of Kennedy Drive in Nashua on a felony possession of narcotic drug, fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, charge on Feb. 15 in Nashua.
