Woman Faces Reckless Operation, Other Charges: Concord Cop Log

Pair arrested on trespass charges at an abandoned building; teen faces burglary, drunken driving, stolen property charges; theft arrests.

CONCORD, NH — David Allen Higgins, 30, of Concord and Robert Lee Heathcoe, 36, of Concord were arrested at 3:04 p.m. on Jan. 11 on a single count of criminal trespass each. They were arrested after an incident at the former Department of Transportation building on Stickney Avenue. The next day, Heathcoe was charged out of Nashua on two felony burglary charges and a criminal mischief charge. He was arraigned on Jan. 12 and is due back in superior court on March 30.

Samantha Muirhead, 25, of Franklin received a summons on a bench warrant at 12:21 p.m. on Jan. 11 after an incident on Centre Street.

Stephen M. Lesassier Jr., born 1986, of Bedford was cited at 7:23 p.m. on Jan. 10 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Joseph Aaron Hamel, 39, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 1:08 a.m. Jan. 10 after an incident at the Morning Start Condominiums complex on Loudon Road.

Chea Chebo, 21, received a summons at 9:14 p.m. on Jan. 10 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident at 132 Loudon Road.

Patrick William Miller, 44, of Concord was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on Jan. 9 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Victoria Evelyn Elliott, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 5:28 p.m. on Jan. 9 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, less than $1,000, after an incident at Dairy Queen on Loudon Road and a willful concealment charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Sharon Lyn Lantz, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 1:47 p.m. on Jan. 9 on a false report to law enforcement charge. She was arrested after an incident on Community Drive.

Ashley V. Ordmandy, born 1986, of Loudon was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on Jan. 9 on speeding, reckless operation, disobeying an officer, uninspected vehicle, unsafe lane change, failure to drive on the right side of the road charges, and yellow-solid line violation after an incident on Hall Street.

Christopher G. Davis, born 1972, of Concord was cited at 1:56 a.m. on Jan. 9 on a warrant after an incident on Interstate 93 near Exit 13. He was also arrested on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, less than $1,000, at 2 p.m. on Jan. 10 after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Jonathan Ruharuka, 19, of Concord was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on Jan. 8 on burglary and receiving stolen property-$1,501+ charges, both felonies, as well as driving while intoxicated-second offense, driving after revocation or suspension, conduct after an accident, alcohol ignition interlock circumvention, unlawful possession-intoxication, and possession or use of tobacco products by a minor charges. He was arrested after an incident in Keach Park.
