Woman Accused Of Stabbing Boyfriend Indicted In Court: Roundup

Men indicted on computer sex crimes charges; accused Nashua drug dealer indicted; 2 from Florida indicted in Milford equipment theft case.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Samuel Dasilva, 41, Prescott Avenue in Chelsea, Massachusetts, on certain uses of computer services prohibited, attempted felonious sexual assault, and attempted endangering welfare of a child or incompetent, all felonies. On May 21, he is accused of soliciting a person he thought was a child in Nashua for sexual activity.

Julius Denitto, 58, of Waubeeka Spring Road in Hudson, on certain uses of computer services prohibited, attempted felonious sexual assault, and attempted endangering welfare of a child or incompetent, all felonies. On May 22, he is accused of soliciting a person he thought was a child in Nashua for sexual activity.

Stanley Fortier, 69, pictured upper left, of Mason Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-methylphenidate, clonazepam, gabapentin-subsequent and a single felony count of possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute-12 ounces of marijuana-subsequent. The charges stem from incidents in Nashua on May 9. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in January 2019, on a controlled drug acts; acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

James Gibson, 28, of Fernwood Street in Nashua, on a felony burglary charge. On May 8, he's accused of burglarizing a Baker Street residence in Hudson.

Rachel Gomez, 39, of East Kentucky Street in Tavares, Florida, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. On Oct. 5, 2015, in Milford, she is accused of aiding Brian Himes in taking $39,500 via a check by another person and not delivering equipment or refunding the money paid.

Ariel Gonzalez, 28, of John Fitch Highway in Fitchburg, MA, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge on March 1, in Hollis.

Leonardo Gonzalez, 20, of Shattuck Street in Fitchburg, MA, on a felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charge on March 22, in Hudson.

Justin Hall, 29, of Palm Street in Nashua, on a felony receiving stolen property charge – a stolen credit card – owned by a Nashua man on April 10. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in February 2013, and March 2014.

Shawn Henrikson, 34, upper center, of Stevens Avenue in Nashua, on three counts of felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charges – strangling an intimate partner – on May 2, in Nashua.

James Henry, 50, upper right, of Palm Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 5, in Nashua.

Brian Himes, 50, of East Kentucky Street in Tavares, FL, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of taking $39,500 from another person and failing to deliver a 2012 Haas DT-1 Drill and Tap Center in Milford on Oct. 5, 2015.

Christopher Hopf, 41, middle left, of Lancaster Road in Shirley, MA, on a felony theft by deception charge. On Oct. 16, 2018, he's accused of obtaining more than $1,500 in casino chip currency from Boston Billiard Club and Casino by deception when he manipulated playing cards in a game of Mississippi Stud.

Samantha Iodice, homeless, lower left, on a first-degree assault charge. On May 26, she's accused of stabbing her boyfriend in the arm with a knife in Nashua.
