Alleged Portsmouth Kidnapper Arrested on Assault, Threat Charges: Log
Police: Exeter woman arrested for forgery, allegedly disruptive hotel guest from Florida charged, and teen charged with breach of bail.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Thaddeus F. Zadlo, 36, of Osprey Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:35 a.m. on Oct. 24, 2016, for simple assault. He turned himself in on a warrant.

Anna May M. Russo, 27, of Ernest Avenue in Exeter, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2016, on four counts of forgery and three counts of receiving stolen property. She was arrested by the Kingston Police Department and transferred to a Portsmouth officer in Stratham.

Eugene J. Hanc, 32, of Highland Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on Oct. 24, 2016, for domestic violence-kidnapping, domestic violence-simple assault, three counts of domestic violence-criminal threatening, and two counts of criminal mischief. Police took a walk-in report about a domestic and units headed to Highland Street and arrested Hanc.
Alexander Farrell, 28, of Habersham Lane in Tampa, FL, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. on Oct. 23, 2016, for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Officers were sent to a hotel on Portwalk Place for a report of disruptive guest who had been asked twice to quiet down but reportedly refused. After investigating the incident, Farrell was arrested.

Calum D. Ryan, 19, of McDonough Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 8:26 a.m. on Oct. 22, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions. Ryan was charged at the Rockingham County jail after they informed police that they had a person with a warrant.
Dylan Wright, 19, of Post Road in Hampton, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Oct. 22, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested after police were sent to Lafayette Road and Robert Avenue for a two-motor vehicle crash. Wright was a passenger in one of the vehicles and had a warrant out of Exeter Police Department.
