Bedford Man, Derry Woman Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Man accused of threatening Portsmouth sergeant; MA man indicted on Salem criminal threat incident; Exeter man faces threat, weapon charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court
Brandi Ann Sanborn, 30, of Skip Road in Buxton, Maine, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Route 107 in Seabrook on May 11 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Stanley Secreast-Velasquez, 42, of Shore Drive in Peabody, Massachusetts, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of approaching another person with a knife in his hand on June 11 in Salem.

Adam Seymour, 42, of Charter Street in Exeter on two reckless conduct-deadly weapon and three criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving recklessly at two people, causing them to job out of the way, while yelling at one of the victims, threatening to kill them, on May 18 in Exeter.
Raymond Paul Stefanelli, 52, of Damren Road in Derry on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Walnut Hill Road in Derry on June 2 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Chrismarlyn M. Suazo, 28, of Wyeth Court in Malden, Massachusetts, on a felony sale of fentanyl charge. She was accused of working in concert with Lisbran A. Lopez of selling the drug to a person cooperating with the Salem Police Department on June 14 in Salem, the indictment said.
Jami Lynn Van Lier, 32, of Connolly Road in Billerica, MA, on a felony unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property charge. She was accused of having a Home Depot van beyond the rental agreement date between March 19 and March 26 in Salem.
James F. Varotsis, 60, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of asking a police sergeant if he knew what a Derringer was, said he had one, and that this would be his last stand or words to that effect in Portsmouth on May 28.
Christina L. Pelletier Wagley, 43, of Pingree Hill Road in Derry on possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, sale of methamphetamine, and two possession of controlled drug charges, alprazolam and amphetamine, all felonies. She was accused of selling the meth to a confidential source of the Salem Police Department on Feb. 24 in Salem. The other charges were from an incident in Salem on May 10.
Alec Wells, 28, of Crown Hill Road in Atkinson on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of grabbing a family member by the throat and strangling them on June 24 in Atkinson.
Joseph Alves, 48, of Cottonwood Drive in Plaistow on a felony count of domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation and a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and striking her in the back with several of her belongings on Jan. 2 in Plaistow.
Jebediah Andrews, 26, of Meetinghouse Road in Bedford on two possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense, fentanyl and meth, and two possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and meth, charges, all felonies, on Feb. 6 in Exeter.
Kaylah Bickford, 35, of Hampshire Circle in Dover on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of pepper spraying another person in the face during a theft incident on June 22 in Portsmouth.
