Lawrence Man Indicted On 11 Drug Sale Charges: Rockingham County Court Roundup
Man accused of strangling, threatening to kill Danville woman; MA Man indicted on drug sale charges; thief racks up more charges in Salem.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Nicholas M. Killilea, 28, of State Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge as well as criminal threatening and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of threatening to murder an intimate partner, strangling her, grabbing or dragging and hitting or slapping her between Dec. 6 and Dec. 7, 2021, in Danville.
Mariia Leontieva, 26, of Newcastle Road in Nashua on theft by deception and fraudulent use of a credit card charges, both felonies. She was accused of using someone else’s Best Buy card to purchase a laptop on Oct. 29, 2020, in Salem.

Lisbran A. Lopez, 31, of Myrtle Street in Lynn, Massachusetts, on two felony sale of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl. He was accused of selling the drugs to a person cooperating with Salem police on June 14.
Christopher Ryan MacDonald, 42, of Bristol Court in Derry on stalking-subsequent offense and possession of testosterone enanthate charges, both felonies. He was accused of approaching a person with a protective order on July 6 in Derry after already being convicted of stalking in Derry District Court on June 11.

Rebecca Anne Maines, 47, of South State Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing eight checks owned by another person in Portsmouth on May 18.
Matthew Lee Marlett, 44, of Juniper Road in Derry on habitual offender, possession of LSD, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving in the parking lot of Walmart in Derry after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV as well as stealing items from the store on June 6 after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Justin Gardner Martin, 35, of Croteau Court in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and two willful concealment charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Bed, Bath and Beyond in Salem on July 3 and Target in Salem on July 17 after previously being convicted on theft charges twice before. Martin was accused of possessing the drug on July 22 in Salem.
Timothy Craig McKinnon, 34, of Main Street in Fremont on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 5 in Fremont.
Kylee Jade Miele, 19, of Linwood Avenue in Salem on a possession of controlled drugs, cocaine and fentanyl mix, charge on Feb. 4 in Salem.
Anderson Morales, 26, of North Boylston Street in Lawrence, MA, on 11 felony sale of a controlled drug charges. He was accused of selling fentanyl on Dec. 9, 2021, Jan. 12, Feb. 2, Feb. 9, March 3, March 7, and March 10 in Newington, and Jan. 20, Feb. 2, Feb. 24, and March 7 in Portsmouth, to a person cooperating with the Rockingham County Drug Task Force or an undercover law enforcement officer.
