Disorderly Conduct Arrests Reported In Portsmouth: Police Log
Plus: Somersworth man arrested on drug possession warrant; threat reports on West Road and Lafayette Road.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — David S. Koch, 53, of Berry Farm Lane in Greenland, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2022, on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges. Police were sent to a three-vehicle accident on Lafayette Road. During the process of trying to resolve the situation, police accused Koch, one of the parties at the scene, of being disorderly, and he was arrested. A tow truck was requested for one of the vehicles.
Ashton H. Joseph Jr., 58, of Colonial Village in Somersworth was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on Aug. 15 on two bench warrants, a warrant, and two drug possession charges. Police reported sheriffs in another county had Joseph in custody on their warrant. The prisoner swap was made at the Dover tolls.
Justin Cory Fulk, 28, of Giles Road in East Kingston received a summons at 8:32 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on West Road.

Jason W. Michaels, 52, of High Street in Somersworth was arrested at 5:29 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a bench warrant as well as disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, criminal mischief, and default or breach of bail conditions charges. Police were sent to State Street for a report of a man yelling and shouting in front of a building. Officers did not find anything. However, about 10 minutes later, they reported a disorderly man at the intersection of State and Pleasant streets, and he was arrested.
Police reported at 7:20 a.m. on Aug. 15 from West Road about a former employee making threats against another employee.

Police were sent to Commercial Alley at 12:24 p.m. on Aug. 15 for a disorderly conduct report. A caller accused another person of pointing a gun at him.
At 1:01 p.m. on Aug. 15, police assisted firefighters with two unresponsive patients in a vehicle on Woodbury Avenue.
A man was trespassed from Walmart at 2:49 p.m. on Aug. 15.
At 5:16 p.m. on Aug. 15, a man was trespassed from a Lafayette Road business after being accused of making threats.
