​Elderly Dover Man Arrested On Propelled Vehicle Charge: Portsmouth Police Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Jill Laplante, 36, of A River Street in Newmarket, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017, for theft. She was arrested by Dover Police on a Portsmouth warrant.

Michael Quintal, 21, of Goodwin Road in Eliot, ME, and Dylan P. Myers, 25, of Ash Street in Somersworth, were arrested at 2:17 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, on theft charges. They were arrested by Somersworth Police.

Alan Goldfarb, 76, of Constitution Way in Dover, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle. He was arrested on a warrant.

Michelle Cavedon, 25, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Police were sent to the home after a report of fighting, screaming, and banging inside of a building. After arriving at the scene and investigating, a woman was arrested. Lindsay M. Wilder, 33, of Timber Ridge Road in Freeport, ME, was arrested at 12:23 p.m. on July 5, 2017, for theft from a building, two counts of conspiracy, and criminal liability for the conduct of another. Wilder were arrested on a warrant.

Edmond Black, 57, of Suzanne Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on July 5, 2017, for driving while intoxicated after a two-vehicle accident, without injuries, on the Route 1 Bypass South and Greenleaf Avenue.

Karl C. Ramsdell, 42, of Portland Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, ME, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on July 5, 2017, for theft from a building, conspiracy to commit, and criminal liability for the conduct of another. He was arrested on a warrant.

Walter Fernald, 65, of Court Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:42 p.m. on July 5, 2017, on a bench warrant. Police were called to the home after a 911 hang up call and after checking on a man, he was found to have an active warrant and was arrested.

Susan J. Cerro, 58, of Wentworth Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on July 2, 2017, for criminal trespass and criminal mischief-vandalism. She was arrested on a warrant.

Robert Kelley, 67, of Old Route 108 in Newfields, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on July 2, 2017, for driving while intoxicated. Police were sent to a crash on Commerce Way after a report of a man driving his vehicle over a cliff and then, getting out of vehicle and stumbling around. After a tow driver arrived, he reported that he thought the man was intoxicated. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested.
