Portsmouth Man Arrested For DWI Twice In 17 Days: Police Log

Plus, Dover man arrested for disorderly conduct, Hampton man arrested for resisting, and teens taken into protective custody.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Colby Siering, 21, of Locust Street in Dover, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on July 25, 2017, for disorderly conduct and protective custody. Police were sent to Hanover Street for a report of a man fighting with “everyone out front.” Officers were involved in a foot pursuit toward a parking lot and later, captured a man and took him into custody.

A 15-year-old and two 13-year-olds were taken into protective custody at midnight on July 24, 2017, after police were sent to Greenleaf Avenue for a report of people standing on the hoods of new cars in the parking lot. Three juveniles were taken into custody and their parents called.

Two 16-year-olds were taken into protective custody at 1:25 a.m. on July 23, 2017, after a report of a fight on Clinton Street – with a large group yelling and screaming. The caller stated that the yelling was so loud that it woke her up from sleeping. One of the teens was also charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession and use of tobacco products by minors, and resisting arrest or detention. Stephen Rafferty, 36, of High Street in Hampton, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on July 23, 2017, for urinating/deficating in public and resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to Daniel Street for a report of an indecent exposure incident with a man reportedly urinating in the back of a federal building. The man reportedly ran from police as an officer approached him but was later captured.

Calum D. Ryan, 19, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on July 22, 2017, on two counts of receiving stolen property and conspiracy/theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. He was arrested on a warrant.

Maria B. Campbell, 30, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. on July 22, 2017, on a warrant.

Edmond Black, 57, of Suzanne Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on July 22, 2017, for driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, and default or breach of bail conditions. Police were sent to a report of a car crashing into a fence and reportedly leaving the scene. Police spoke with witnesses and attempted to make contact with the owner of the vehicle who was out on bail after being arrested on July 5, for driving while intoxicated on the Route 1 Bypass. After a field sobriety test, he was arrested.

Nicole M. Skeffington, 35, of Forest Street of Plympton, MA, was arrested at 5:08 a.m. on July 21, 2017, on two counts of simple assault and resisting arrest or detention. Police were sent to Rotary Circle for a report of a caller reporting that a woman was up against a wall and reportedly alcohol was involved. EMTs were also sent to the scene. The woman was taken into custody and reportedly flipped the cuffs and assaulted an officer, according to the report.
