Former Dover Man to Serve Year in Jail for Waving Gun
Union Leader reports that Joseph Devirgilio pleaded guilty to waving a gun outside of a Portsmouth bar in February 2011.

A former Dover man who threatened another man during an argument outside of TJ's bar in February 2011 by waving a gun will serve a year in the Rockingham County Jail after he pleaded guilty.
Joseph Devirgilio, 28, a former Dover man, pleaded guilty to felony criminal threatening and a count of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit on Sept. 7, according to the Union Leader. The newspaper reported the incident took place on Feb. 1. after Dervirgilio got into an altercation with another man over a woman they were interested in. When the argument spilled outside of the Daniel Street bar, Dervirglio brandished a .45-caliber handgun.
