Kittery Man Arrested On Drunken Driving Charges Again: Portsmouth Log
Plus: Louisiana fugitive arrested on Route 1 Bypass; Somersworth man faces domestic order charge; Rye man picked up on disorderly charge.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Carlton Griffin, 51, of Bartlett Avenue in Somersworth was arrested on a warrant at 6:04 p.m. on Nov. 30, 2022. Another department requested police in Portsmouth arrest him, accusing him of violating a domestic violence order against a woman in their community.
Seth Christopher Desjardins, 36, of Islington Street in Portsmouth was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on Nov. 28 on obstructing the report of a crime or injury and three domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested on a warrant.
Robert Custeau, 49, of Government Street in Kittery, Maine, was arrested at 4:26 p.m. on Nov. 27 on driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, driving after suspension, resisting arrest or detention, and operating without a valid license charges. Police were sent to Market and Hanover streets for a head-on collision. A witness told police one driver appeared “dazed,” and there was a “rack of beer in the backseat of the white car.” Officers blocked the streets and later, the driver was arrested.

Reshard Terres Dyson, 30, of Hardwood Drive in Baton Rogue, Louisiana, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on Nov. 27 on a fugitive from justice charge. An officer stopped to speak with a man walking on the Route 1 Bypass northbound. Later, the officer ran a check on him and found out he had an extraditable warrant. Officers found him at the Best Western, he was arrested, and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.
Luther John Campbell, 52, of Levenseller Road in Lincolnville, ME, was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:18 p.m. on Nov. 27. Police were sent to Borthwick Avenue for a man who was reportedly being combative. After a check, the man was found to have a warrant, was arrested, and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Mark L. Wise, 66, of Brackett Road in Rye was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Nov. 27 on disorderly conduct and open container charges. He was also taken into protective custody due to alcohol, police said. Officers received a report of a man walking on Cabot Street “screaming and swearing.” After he was accused of yelling at a man and child, police arrested him. He was taken to the Rockingham County Jail.
Kevin Paul Slover, 60, of Odiorne Point Road in Portsmouth was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:27 a.m. on Nov. 27. Police ran a check on a man on Banfield Road and Peverly Hill Road and found the man had a Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department warrant with $500 cash bail.
