Mom and Me Drum workshop held at YogaLife Institute of NH
on Tuesday August 4th from 3:00-5:00pm. The drum workshop is designed for you and your child to work together to create a musical instrument. We will begin with a quiet meditation to center ourselves and quiet our mind from the busy day. Followed by a short pose practice to awaken the body; then you and your child will design and create a drum together. There will be time at the end, to come together for a short drum circle where everyone will get a chance to drum and sing together as a community. Cost is $45.00 includes supplies.
