Raised on fiddle contests, contradances, and kitchen ceilidhs, the duo brings to life the music of their New Hampshire roots with Liz’s lyrical fiddle and vocals and Dan’s spirited low whistle and guitar. The Orchard Street Chop Shop is New Hampshire’s first True Prime Steakhouse serving in-house dry-aged beef. We offer a 140-bottle Wine Spectator award-winning wine list and one of the largest bourbon and single-malt selection on the seacoast.
Orchard Street Chop Shop is housed in the original Dover Firehouse. Built in 1865 for the horse-drawn fire trucks, it is one of the oldest historic landmarks in the city. It was used as the firehouse up until the 1970’s when it was converted to the Firehouse I restaurant. It has been a restaurant ever since.
