Man Arrested on Forcible Fondling Charges: Portsmouth Police Log

Police: NY man and Boston woman arrested on drug charges while a Portsmouth woman faces theft, other charges.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Paul Dion, 52, of Bent Pine Hollow in Clifton Park, NY, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2016, on a bench warrant and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. The warrant was out of Lebanon District Court. He was arrested, bailed out, and taken back to the Motel 6, according to police.

Randolph E. Ayers, 42, of Gertrude Lane in New Durham, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2016, on three warrants. Police were sent to a hotel on Gosling Road for a report of a wanted person that was reportedly gone at the time. Staffers reported that the man had returned and officers returned and arrested Ayers.

A 17-year-old girl received a summons for possession and use of tobacco products by minors after an incident at Market Street and Woodbury Avenue at 10:29 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2016.

Paul Edwards Jr., 27, of Columbia Street in Portsmouth, was arrested t 4:03 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a motor vehicle stop on Banfield Road.

Gary A. Lontine Sr., 63, of Sagamore Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2016, for simple assault and two counts of sexual assault-forcible fondling. He was arrested on a warrant.

Kimberly A. Wiechert, 22, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2016, for two counts of theft, resisting arrest or detention, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and default or breach of bail conditions. Police were sent to Lafayette Road for a report of a fugitive. She was arrested and allegedly had heroin hidden in her wallet as well as tin foil, according to a report.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:46 a,m. on Dec. 7, 2016, after an incident on Willard Avenue.
