Pair from Dover Charged with Criminal Trespass: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Kimberly A. Wiechert, 22, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2016, for criminal liability for the conduct of another. She was arrested after a stop on Freedom Circle for an active warrant.

Michael Maher, 23, of Second Street in Dover, was arrested at 11:06 a.m. on Nov. 7, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident on Parrott Avenue.

Joshua S. Liberty, 32, of Hall Street in Dover, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Nov. 7, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Islington Street.

Christopher O’Connell, 41, of Alcott Way in North Andover, MA, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, for penalties; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs after a traffic stop on Route 33 and Grafton Drive. After a consent search, he was arrested.

Corey J. Hoffses, 54, of Dover Street in Dover, was arrested at 4:59 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, for criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and theft of services. Also arrested was Lynn M. Gagne, 57, of Dover Street in Dover, for criminal trespass and criminal mischief. They were arrested by Dover Police and were transported to the Dover tolls for transfer to police.

Kyle Astle, 23, of Sanborn Street in Exeter, was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on June 21, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs after police were sent to Woodbury Avenue for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

Cindi M. Anderson, 32, of Charles Street in Rochester, was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated at 12:59 p.m. on June 21, 2016. She turned herself in on a warrant.
