Massachusetts Man Arrested On Indecent Exposure Lewdness Charges: Portsmouth Police Log
Woman arrested on stalking, protective order, and breach charges; Seabrook man faces theft, trespass charges; California fugitive arrested.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Joshua D. West, 31, of Whitehall Road in Amesbury, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:27 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2022, on an indecent exposure and lewdness charge. Police at Cross Roads on Lafayette Road spoke with two men. One, West, had an active warrant, and he was arrested. The shelter later reported to police that “drug residue” was found in a man’s items, and they requested he be trespassed, police said. Later, he was allowed to collect his belongings and was told to leave, police said.
Meagan E. Curry, 37, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth was arrested at 9:46 a.m. on Nov. 26 on three stalking charges, three violation of protective order charges, and five default or breach of bail conditions charges. She was arrested on Lafayette Road and taken later to the Rockingham County Jail.
Katelyn Parker, 28, of Depot Square in Hampton was arrested at 12:53 a.m. on Nov. 26 on stalking and default or breach of bail conditions charges. She was arrested on a Candia warrant and taken to the Epping Park and Ride on Route 1010.

Robert A. Eaton, 34, of Centennial Street in Seabrook was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on Nov. 25 on theft and criminal trespass charges. He was arrested on a felony warrant at the Rockingham County Jail.
Paige Morrill, 34, of Logan Street in Rochester was cited at 6:11 p.m. on Nov. 3 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. Police were called to a multi-vehicle accident on Lafayette Road. Two cars reportedly crashed while two others stopped to assist. One vehicle had air deployment. One person had superficial cuts to the face, the report stated. Motor fluids reportedly went into a storm drain, police said.

Mark A. Jiminez, 38, of 12th Street in Riverside, California, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. on Nov. 3 on a bench warrant for domestic violence and a fugitive from justice warrant. He turned himself in to the police.
Sean Jared Alperin, 35, of Oriental Gardens in Portsmouth was arrested at 9:17 a.m. on Nov. 3 on domestic violence-assault, endangering the welfare of a child-incompetent, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. Police were sent to Oriental Gardens for a report of an assault incident, with one person claiming there was an assault and another claiming the other people would blame them for the assault. A third person called to claim the man was lying about the report, police said. Later, one was arrested on multiple charges.
Thomas J. Chesanek, 55, of Glendale Place in Gilford was charged with having a warrant at 6:51 a.m. on Nov. 3. A clerk on Lafayette Road filed a complaint about a man acting disorderly, screaming, and causing a scene, a report said. The man was asked to leave but was found later at the McDonald’s Restaurant. A check found a warrant out of Rochester, he was given a summons, and trespassed from the Big Apple, police said.
