Mass. Woman Allegedly Fakes Stolen Car: Portsmouth Police Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Tyler Blondeau, 26, of Pine Street in Rochester, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2017, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and violation of probation or parole. Police received a report from Woodbury Avenue about a man “staggering from car to car, asking for money.” Officers met with the man, identified him, realized he was out on probation, and took him into custody.

Kelly Holder, 49, of Estes Street in Ipswich, MA, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2017, on a false report of a stolen vehicle charge. She was arrested on a warrant.

Elyssa LaFrance, 36, of Hemlock Haven in Hampton, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for driving while intoxicated-second offense. A restaurant employee on Lafayette Road reported to police that a woman who came through the drive-thru appeared to be intoxicated on a substance. The vehicle later left the area traveling south and police stopped it at Cumberland Farms. An officer spoke with the employee who alleged that the woman was “nodding off in the car” and “should could not complete sentences.” The employee alleged that the vehicle struck the curb when she tried to park the vehicle. The woman was arrested and put on a 24-hour hold, according to police.

James E. Bimshas, 56, of Madbury Lane in Dover, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for simple assault and resisting arrest or detention. Police were sent to Borthwick Avenue for a report of a man who was intoxicated in the emergency room and wouldn’t leave. Police arrested the man.

Corey J. Hoffses, 54, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested on a bench warrant at 6:19 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017. He was arrested at the intersection of High and Congress streets.

Jeramiah C. Tuttle, 36, of Linden Street in Rochester, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at Rotary Circle.

Alexa Cicero, 26, of Berry River Road in Barrington, was arrested at 3:37 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. She was arrested on Commerce Way.
