Portsmouth Man Arrested for DWI: Log

Portsmouth Police: Lawrence man allegedly violates restraining order while a Portsmouth man was also charged with drug possession.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Austin C. Fisk, 24, of Taft Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on March 17, 2016, on a possession of controlled/narcotic drugs charge. Police were sent to Borthwick Avenue for a report that Fisk was allegedly “acting up and calling people foul names,” according to a report. He was later arrested.

Carlos Reyes, 30, of Garden Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 8:27 a.m. on March 18, 2016, for violation of a protective order; penalty. Police were sent to court on Parrott Avenue for a wanted subject but he was not at the location. The man later arrived at the scene and police went back to the court to arrest him.

Rita Leo, 41, of Great Hill Drive in Newmarket, was arrested at 1:11 p.m. on March 18, 2016, on a bench warrant.

Asana Gunes, 18, of Osprey Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. on March 18, 2016, for simple assault.

Jeremy Willens, 54, of Dearborn Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on March 18, 2016, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. An SUV was stopped at the intersection of Market and Russell streets. After a field sobriety test, Willens was arrested. A female passenger was driven to Greenland.
