Portsmouth Man Fails to Appear at Habitual Offender Charge: Sheriffs
Plus, Seabrook, Andover, MA, men arrested on drug charges while a Londonderry man was arrested on a marital support charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department.
Anthony T. Poindexter, 29, of Columbia Street in Portsmouth, was arrested on April 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a habitual offender charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for reckless conduct in a motor vehicle, on a judge’s order to arrest for operating after revocation or suspension, and on a judge’s order to arrest for disobeying an officer.

Anthony M. England, 30, of Temple Court in Manchester, was arrested on April 3, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for impose sent on an original charge of falsifying physical evidence.
Shane B. MacLeod, 26, of Ocean Boulevard in Seabrook, was arrested on March 30, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-second offense and possession of a controlled drug-crack/heroin, less than 1 gram.

Skylar Michael Lee, 34, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested on March 30, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for a civil violation of a court order.
John F. Dipesa Jr., 43, of Charleston Avenue in Londonderry, was arrested on March 29, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.
Christopher M. Janco, 26, of Lowell Street in Andover, MA, was arrested on March 27, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent on an original charge of transporting Oxycodone in a motor vehicle.
