Portsmouth Police Log: Couple Arrested on Rotary Circle
Plus, man with metal bat arrested on Weald Road; skateboarders taken into protective custody.

6:26 a.m. on Aug. 12, 2015: Fire and rescue teams and police were sent to Manor Drive for an overdose.
Anthony Stickney, 53, of Middle Street in Portsmouth, was arrested on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to Weald Road to search for a man with a metal bat. A woman claimed that the man was the same person “that tried to hurt her last week,” according to a report. A description of the man was given out and police found him sitting on the front steps of a home. The man, Stickney, had an active warrant out of Rochester District Court and was arrested.

Two children were taken into protective custody at 11:56 p.m. on Aug. 12, on Woodbury Avenue after two men from the Coast Guard reported seeing two men skateboarding and one man on a bike possibly going through cars. Police caught up to the skateboarders at Dennett and Woodbury and took the teens into custody.
Terrance P. Regan, 23, unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on Aug. 15, for receiving stolen property and default or breach of bail conditions. Officers were sent to Parrott Avenue where an employee stated that there were suspicious comings and goings out of the bathrooms. After investigation the incident, Regan was arrested and held without bail.

Jamielee Eastman, 25, of Maguire Road in Kennebunke, ME, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on Aug. 15, for domestic violence. Also arrested was Ryan Kimball, 26, of Hummingbird Lane in Raymond, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Officers were sent to Rotary Circle for a report of a domestic incident between a man and woman in a car. The vehicle didn’t have a plate, according to the report. After speaking to both at the scene, they were arrested.
Christopher S. Alexander, 30, of Eastern Avenue in Rochester, received a summons at 1:05 a.m. on Aug. 16, for city ordinance noise violation after police were sent to March Street for “a very rowdy large group near the stage on the deck by the support building.”
