Portsmouth Police Log: Daughter Allegedly Assaults Mother
Plus, a teen reportedly assaults another with a pool stick.
PORTSMOUTH, NH — A 15-year-old juvenile was taken into protective custody for simple assault at 11:29 a.m. on Nov. 2. According to a report, police were sent to Andrew Jarvis Drive where one student hit another with a pool stick.

Police were sent to Sagamore Avenue for a truancy issue at 8:50 a.m. on Nov. 3. The school resource officer radioed in that a middle school girl was not at school. She was located at home and taken back to school.
Austin Rainville, 33, of Varrell Lane in York Harbor, ME, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Nov. 5, for two counts of simple assault and two counts of disorderly conduct. He turned himself in to police.

Stacy McDermott, 50, of Blue Heron Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on Nov. 5, for simple assault-domestic violence. Police were called to the address for a report of an intoxicated woman reportedly beating up on her mother. Officers arrived and separated the daughter and mother. After reportedly calming McDermott, the daughter, down, she was arrested by police.
