Portsmouth Police Log: Teens Busted for Drugs on Osprey Drive

Plus, Rochester man arrested for disorderly conduct and South Boston man arrested for burglary.

Mark J. Brokenbrough, 38, of Lafayette Street in Rochester, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2015, on a disorderly conduct charge. He turned himself in to police, was bailed, and released.

Kejuan N. Williams, 42, of Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:44 a.m. on Nov. 16, on a warrant. According to police, they were called to Maplewood Avenue for a report of a man allegedly attempting to grab a person. Williams had a warrant from Rochester Police and he was arrested.

Justin J. Hallinan, 34, of East 8th in South Boston, MA, was arrested at 8:09 a.m. on Nov. 17, two counts of burglary. He was arrested in South Boston and brought back to Portsmouth.

Chad Campano, 18, of Union Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. on Nov. 18, for possession of controlled/narcotic drug. Also charged was Alex Shea, 19, of Banfield Road in Portsmouth, for possession of controlled/narcotic drug. Police were sent to Osprey Drive for a report of suspicious activity. A caller observed a vehicle pull into the parking lot near her home with two occupants. “The passenger appears to be smoking something,” according to the report. Police then arrested two people.
