Rochester Woman Arrested for DWI: Log
Police: Overdose reported on Lafayette Road, Lawrence man charged with false public alarm, and Portsmouth woman charged with theft.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Jared Maddock, 32, of Crescent Way in Portsmouth, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. on May 2, 2016, for conduct after an accident, driving after revocation or suspension, and license required; penalty. He turned himself in on a warrant.

Cindi Anderson, 32, of Charles Street in Rochester, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on May 3, for driving while intoxicated and transporting alcoholic beverages. An officer made a traffic stop on the Northbound side of the Route 1 Bypass. After a field sobriety test, the driver was arrested.

Carlos Reyes, 30, of Garden Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on May 3, 2016, for false public alarm. He turned himself in on a warrant out of Portsmouth District Court.

Lisa S. Giordano, 50, of Cottage Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 8 a.m. on May 4, 2016, for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and attempt to commit theft. Police were sent to the Holiday Inn on Rotary Circle for a report of a woman reportedly stealing items from the hotel. She later, according to a report, claimed they were her boyfriend’s items. The items included a computer from a backroom that she reportedly placed on a luggage cart.
A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested at 7:29 p.m. on May 4, 2016, for criminal mischief. Police were sent to Middle Road for a report of damaged bedframe. They later arrested the suspect.
Portsmouth Fire and Rescue teams as well as police were sent to Lafayette Road for a report of an overdose. The 30-year-old man was revived by four vials of Narcan, according to the report, and then taken to the ER.
