Portsmouth Police: North Carolina woman charged with ID fraud, Northwood man arrested for burglary, Rye woman faces endangerment charges.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - John P. Read, 33, of Middle Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:47 a.m. on April 6, 2016, for disorderly conduct at the intersection of Richards Street in Parrott Avenue.

Lorraine M. Cooke, 53, of Maggie Court in Liberty, NC, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on April 6, 2016, for identity fraud. She was served with a direct indictment, according to a report.

James Brouillard, 52, of Whitehouse Road in Rochester, was arrested at 11:07 a.m. on April 6, 2016, for five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, three counts of criminal liability for conduct of another, two counts of receiving stolen property, and theft. He was served with a direct indictment, according to a report.

Niklass C. Walters, 21, of Thirston Road in Milton, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on April 7, 2016, for driving after revocation of suspension and suspended registration. He was arrested on the Route 1 Bypass North.
Robert H. Loch, 43, of Tanner Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on April 7, 2016, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. Dispatch took a called from a woman who reported a vehicle that hit a parked car on Middle Street. When police arrived, they allegedly found four damaged vehicles, according to the report. NHSP and Rockingham County Sheriffs were notified that police were searching for a vehicle with heavy damage. On Islington Street, police spotted a vehicle with damage and then, pulled it over on Rock Street. A field sobriety tests, the man was arrested.
Jonathan Lamothe, 34, of Elm Street in Northwood, was arrested at 9:19 a.m. on April 8, 2016, for burglary. He turned herself in on a warrant.
Lea A. Mulvey, 35, of Washington Street in Rye, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on April 8, 2016, on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. She turned herself in on a warrant.
Austin H. Lochtefeld, 28, of Long John Road in Rye, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on April 8, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on Elwyn Road after his vehicle smashed into a tree, according police.
