Seacoast Crime Stoppers Searching For Accused Domestic Assaulter

Portsmouth police are asking for help locating Marlin Fogg. He is wanted on domestic violence charges including second-degree assault.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Police are asking for the public's help locating an accused domestic violence assaulter wanted on numerous charges. Marlin Fogg is 31, white, about 5-feet, 10-inches, and weighs about 195 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Fogg is wanted on domestic violence-second-degree assault, domestic violence-assault, domestic violence-criminal restraint and breach of bail conditions charges, according to Lt. Dave Keaveny of the department's patrol division.

"Marlin has a history of assault and should not be approached," Keaveny said. "Please contact the local police department where Fogg is located."
