Somersworth Man Arrested Twice in Three Hours: Log
Portsmouth Police: Fugitive from Florida arrested, Hampton man arrested for DWI, Maine man arrested on assault charge.

PORTSMOUTH, NH – Eddie Sousa, 30, of Pine Cone Drive in Seabrook, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. on May 30, 2016, on two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Police were sent to Winsor Road for a third party report that a woman was having a problem with her boyfriend and there was reportedly yelling and screaming in the home. The woman requested another person to call because the man “stopped her from calling the police,” according to the report. He was later arrested.

Donald Wilson, 67, of Ocean Boulevard in Hampton, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on June 1, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated-second offense. A caller reported seeing a man “stumbling toward his car” which had its lights on. Police arrived and after a field sobriety test, he was arrested.

Jennifer Garrett, 44, of Crescent Way in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on June 2, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of registration of registration after a traffic stop at Woodbury Avenue and Maple Street. Her license was suspended for default court summons.

Aaron Rocray, 26, of Brook Street in Sanford, ME, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on June 3, 2016, on a simple assault charge from the Gilford Police Department.
Giuseppe Maini, 56, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. on June 4, 2016, for criminal trespass. Police were called to Gosling Road for a report of a woman who had a swollen and beaten face who may have been assaulted. A second call came in from Wedgewood about the woman who appeared to be wandering around the neighborhood, going door-to-door and asking for help. Police arrived at the scene and EMTs were called to assist the woman. Not long after, police arrested a male subject.
Amber Thornton, 27, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:54 p.m. on June 4, 2016, on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to Lafayette Road for a report of a man and woman walking into the woods behind a shop where there is a teepee. They later arrested the woman on a warrant.
Elizabeth Blue, 29, of Kearsarge Way in Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. on June 4, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault. Also arrested was Richard J. Best, 28, of Green Street in Somersworth, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to Islington Street for a report of a domestic between a couple on foot in the area. A second call came in from a woman stating that her friend was allegedly being assaulted by her boyfriend. They were later both arrested.
Best was arrested again at 12:56 a.m. on June 5, 2016, and charged with default or breach of bail conditions, for allegedly texting the other party as soon as he got his phone back, according to a report.
Shane W. Wilson, 35, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. on June 4, 2016, as a fugitive from justice. Wilson was wanted out of Florida and police received a tip that he might be on Deer Street. Later, they reportedly found him in the Bridge Street lot and arrested him.
