State Police Charge Homeless Man with Drug Possession

New Hampshire State Police Troop A made the following arrests between Nov. 15 and Nov. 21:

Friday, Nov. 15

• Michael Norton, 21, of Newmarket was arrested on Dover Point Road in Dover and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct.

• Robert Cotton, 40, of Tamworth was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with being a habitual offender, transportation of a controlled drug and disobeying an officer. He was also wanted on an outstanding bench warrant.
• Cindy Greenwaldt, 44, of Tuftonboro was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Elric Lep, 35, of Sandwich was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with reckless operation.
• Laura Hoepper, 26, of Stratham was arrested on Interstate 95 in North Hampton and charged with subsequent offense driving while intoxicated.
• Andrew Reeves, 21, of Eastham, MA was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Edward Law, 59, of Somersworth was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Henry Vo, 19, of Roxbury, MA was arrested at the Exeter Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled drug.

• Christopher Poulin, 20, of Manchester was arrested on Route 125 in Epping and charged with driving while intoxicated and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
• Emile Lafreniere, 22, of Exeter was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Louis Rochette, 21, of Manchester was arrested on Mill Road in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Thomas Vershon, 35, of Dover was arrested on Route 16 in Dover on an outstanding bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
• Donald Pierce, 39, of Somersworth was arrested on Route 16 in Dover on an outstanding bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
• Apryl Burnett, 20, of York, ME was arrested on Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth and charged with transportation of alcohol by a minor.
• Travis Thornblade, 29, homeless was arrested on Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a controlled drug. He was also wanted on an outstanding in-state warrant.

• Rodney Chamberlin, 44, of Gonic was arrested on Pickering Road in Rochester and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
• Christopher Connolly, 42, of Rutland, VT was arrested on Route 101 in Exeter and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while under the influence of drugs, possession of narcotic drugs and operating after suspension.
• David Green, 20, of Hampton was arrested on Route 16 in Rochester and charged with possession of a narcotic drug.
• Rodney Chamberlin, 44, of Gonic was arrested at Strafford County Jail in Dover and charged with disobeying an officer, operating after suspension, modified inspection sticker and speed.
• Gregory Champoux, 50, of Raymond was arrested on Canterbury Common in Raymond on an outstanding in-state warrant. The charge was not specified.

• Joseph Devirgilio, 29, of York, ME was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension.
• James Brown, 47, of Wakefield was arrested on Route 16 in Milton and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension.
• Jason Plouffe, 29, of Hampton was arrested on Route 101 in Exeter and charged with driving while intoxicated.

• Bruce Meader, 45, of Kingston was arrested on Route 101 in Epping and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension.
• Christopher Poulin, 20, of Manchester was arrested at the Epping Police Department and charged with conduct after an accident.
• Patrick McKinnon, 23, of Biddeford, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with falsifying a VIN and misuse of plates.
• Andrew Brum, 18, of Salem was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Austin Finn, 19, of Salem was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug.

• Derek Wood, 29, of Somersworth was arrested on Woodbury Avenue in Newington and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
• Steven Feinberg, 46, of Dover was arrested at the Rochester Police Department and charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.
• Debra Feinberg, 56, of Dover was arrested at the Rochester Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.
• Chance K. Wentworth-Harmon, 19, of Farmington was arrested on Route 11 in Rochester and charged with reckless operation.
