Teen Arrested on 7 Counts of Vandalism: Log
Portsmouth Police also arrest an intoxicated Rochester fugitive and a woman on Gosling Road for simple assault and criminal mischief.

Shane Briney, 36, of an unknown address, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2015, on a fugitive from justice charge. Police were sent to Borthwick Avenue for a report of an intoxicated male getting medically cleared but there were no beds to put him up. The man, Briney, reportedly requested to be taken into protective custody but police found an active warrant out of Rochester and he was arrested. Police transported him to the Dover tolls for an exchange with Rochester Police.

Delia M. Anderson, 35, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. on Oct. 27, for simple assault and criminal mischief. A caller reported that on Gosling Road a man threw a female out of a home and locked her out. The woman was at a neighboring home. A neighbor reported seeing the woman fall down a set of stairs. Newington Police were also at the scene. After investigating the incident, Anderson was arrested.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Oct. 27, on seven counts of criminal mischief. Police were sent to Middle Road for a “juvenile out of the control” at a group home. An employee called back, requested three officers, and stated that the juvenile was “destroying everything.”
