Teenage Girl Arrested for Making Threats: LOG

Portsmouth Police: Man and woman arrested on Middle Street and Dover man arrested for DWI.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - 

Brad M. Clacherty, 29, of New Rochester Road in Dover, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on Nov. 28, 2015, on two counts of driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and acts prohibited. On White Street, police reported receiving a tip from someone that there was a man reportedly passed out in a white SUV while the motor was running. Police arrived at the scene and arrested Clacherty.

Jessica Taylor, 31, of Sagamore Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Nov. 30, and charged with criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions. Also arrested was Brent T. Taylor, 49, of Middle Street in Portsmouth, for default or breach of bail conditions. Officers were sent to Middle Street for a report of a man and woman fighting. The caller stated that the woman was “yelling and screaming” and furniture was being banged around. The caller also stated that the woman had a no trespass letter for the location. After police arrived at the scene and sorted things out, both the man and woman were arrested.

A 14-year-old girl was arrested for criminal threatening at 11:01 a.m. on Dec. 1. Police were sent to Middle Street for a report of a resident making threatening statements and they wanted to document it but not press charges. The girl had also barricaded herself in her room so a second unit was called in. She was taken in to custody.
