Accused Derry ID Fraudster Arrested By Rockingham Sheriffs

Plus: Boscawen, Milton women face drug charges; Amesbury man arrested on evidence and shoplifting charges; felonies first warrant arrests.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office.

Robert D. Parker Jr., 56, of Chestnut Street in Saugus, Massachusetts, was arrested on Sept. 13, 2019, on a contempt capias warrant for violation of a court order-mortgage.

Chandra Rose Bailey, 23, of North Main Street in Boscawen, was arrested on Sept. 13, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a methamphetamine possession charge.

Richard Edward Winters II, 33, of Senee Court in Amesbury, MA, was arrested on Sept. 13, on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of falsifying evidence and a felonies first warrant on a shoplifting charge.

Phillip Michael Stebbins, 29, of Messer Street in Laconia, was arrested on Sept. 11, on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of a strong-arm robbery and a felonies first warrant for use/possess a theft detection shielding device charge.

Michael Anthony Johnson, 59, of Sumner Street in Saugus, MA, was arrested on Sept. 11, on all other offenses.

David John Macre Jr., 45, of South Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Sept. 10, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of credit card fraud, on a judge's order to arrest for theft, on a judge's order to arrest for identity fraud, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at an original charge of theft-second warrant, and on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an accomplice to theft charge-third warrant.

Mihran Anthony Mosko, 46, of Main Street in Plaistow, was arrested on Sept. 10, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at a suppression hearing for fentanyl possession and on a judge's order to arrest for cocaine possession.

William J. Perry, 48, of Bartlett Hill Road in Hudson, was arrested on Sept. 10, on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sentence on a theft charge, on a judge's order to arrest on a receiving stolen property charge, on a judge's order to arrest on a criminal mischief charge, and on a judge's order to arrest on a theft by deception charge.

Denis Melgar Locon, 20, of Franklin Street in Lynn, MA, was arrested on Sept. 9, on an operating without a valid license.

Destiny Lyn Murphy, 40, of Hare Road in Milton, was arrested on Sept. 9, on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at disp. on a fentanyl possession charge, a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at disp. on a possession of cocaine-second warrant, and a felonies first warrant for possession of meth.
