Salem Police: Juveniles arrested for shoplifting, Maine man allegedly violated restraining order, Mass. residents face drug, theft charges.

SALEM, NH — Two juvenile females, 12 and 14, were arrested at 7:44 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2016, on a willful concealment charge each. They were arrested at Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

A fatal overdose was reported at 1:32 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2016, on Keewaydin Drive.

Kerry A. Gilbert, 29, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was arrested at 2:41 a.m. on Nov. 9, 2016, for second-degree assault and two counts of simple assault. Also arrested was Jonathan D. Belton, 42, of Boylston Street in Boston, was arrested on a bench warrant. Police were sent to Lancelot Court for a report of women arguing and fighting. When they arrived, they found one woman on the floor of a hallway and EMTs were called to the scene to assist. Belton had an electronic bench warrant out of Nashua District Court and was arrested. A woman was transported to Parkland Medical Center by Salem Fire. Officers then arrested Gilbert on charges. She refused bail and was held.
Zachary M. Childs, 24, of Oxford Road in Oxford, ME, was arrested at 10:09 a.m. on Nov. 7, 2016, for violation of a restraining order. She turned herself in on a warrant.

Aja D. Silvio, 38, of Bonin Drive in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2016, for willful concealment and three counts of possession of a controlled drug after an alleged incident at JC Penney at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
Nicole A. Monico, 34, of Hannah Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking. She turned herself in on a warrant.
Adam J. Giallanella, 28, of Troutbrook Road in Dracut, MA, was arrested at 9:49 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Walmart on North Broadway.
