Methuen Man Arrested for DWI: Log

SALEM, NH - Brian J. Thornhill, 24, of Tammy Street in Salem, was arrested at 1:51 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2016, on 12 counts of criminal mischief. He was arrested on a warrant.

Daniel K. Tiner, 23, of St. John’s Lane in Hampstead, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2016, on 12 counts of criminal mischief. He was arrested on a warrant.

Valeri V. Moiseenko, 34, of East 10th Street in Brooklyn, NY, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2016, for willful concealment. Also arrested was Levan Chamiashvili, 19, of Avenue R in Brooklyn, NY, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Lord & Taylor on Rockingham Park Boulevard. They were released on $500 cash bail.

A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested for willful concealment at 6:27 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2016, after an alleged incident at Claire’s Boutique at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Matthew K. Gioia, 24, of Lazarus Way in Salem, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2016, for criminal mischief. He was arrested on a warrant.

Matthew F. Hoyle, 50, of Bennington Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on Jan. 23, 2016, for simple assault and criminal mischief. Also arrested was Adam Giallanella, 27, of Troutbrook Road in Dracut, MA, on a warrant. A detective and officers were sent to Rockingham Park for a report of a fight that broke out in a poker room. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were also called to the scene. One person – Giallanella – had an active warrant out of Derry and was arrested.

Stephen L. Joubert, 51, of Marlborough Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on Jan. 24, 2016, for driving under the influence-impairment and aggravated driving under the influence (0.16+). He was arrested on Hampstead Road after a crash between two vehicles.
