Salem Police: Teens arrested for shoplifting, Mass., Maine man arrested on drug charges, and skaters get summoned at Hedgehog Park.

SALEM, NH – A 15-year-old boy was arrested at 5:34 p.m. on April 4, 2016, on two counts of willful concealment at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Michael A. Fabiano, 27, of South Road in Brentwood, was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:31 a.m. on April 5, 2016. He turned himself in to police.

Stanley Georges, 23, of Memorial Drive in Somerville, MA, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on April 5, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault, possession of a controlled drug, and domestic violence-false imprisonment. He was arrested at the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane after an assault in one of the rooms. He was released on $500 cash bail.

Eric L. Wermers, 59, of Golden Oaks Drive in Salem, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. on April 5, 2016, for three counts of criminal threatening, simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to the Liberty Utilities office on Lowell Road for a report of a man allegedly threatening an employee about a power shut-off issue. The employee gave a description and a license plate of the vehicle and the vehicle was located at Affinity Auto Sales on Lowell Road. Police attempted to arrest him but he allegedly struggled and was pepper sprayed. He refused bail and was held.

Vincent D. McLaine, 23, of Whipple Road in Tewksbury, MA, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. on April 5, 2016, for willful concealment and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on a warrant, refused bail, and was held.

Joseph P. Gamester, 24, of Main Mast Circle in Newcastle, was arrested at 9:22 a.m. on April 9, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking. He was arrested by Newcastle Police on a Salem warrant.

Alan Thistle, 62, of Dorchester Avenue in Boston, MA, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on April 9, 2016, for possession of controlled drug-heroin/crack. Also arrested was Joseph C. Riley, 39, of Presidential Drive in Gray, ME, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, cocaine. Officers were sent to the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane for a report of suspicious person who was walking around the grounds with “dried blood on his clothes and hands,” according to a report.

Maria Vargas, 46, of Riverside Drive in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. on April 9, 2016, for willful concealment and two counts of receiving stolen property, under $1,000. She was arrested at Lord & Taylor on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

Lorenzo Hicks, 44, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on April 11, 2016, for possession of controlled drug and driving after revocation or suspension. Also arrested was Jessica L. Michaud, 33, of Pearl Street in Manchester, for false report to law enforcement. Officers were sent to the Salem Gulf on South Broadway for a soliciting complaint. A woman stated that she was approached by a black man asking for money and there was a white woman inside a vehicle near him. The caller stated that he saw the subjects walk over toward a fence and throw items over it, according to the report. They were both later arrested.

Timothy M. Casey, 19, of Carlton Lane in North Andover, MA; Ethan Melonas, 22, of Buttonwoods Avenue in Haverhill, MA; Tyler D. Desmarais, 22, of Debi Lane in Salem; and Rodolfo A. Rivera, 20, of Dracut Street in Lawrence, MA; were all served a summons at 5:14 p.m. on April 11, 2016, for criminal trespass after a report of skaters in Hedgehog Park on Lowell Road.
