Derry, Greenland Men Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Court

Plus: Manchester man indicted on burglary charge; Lowell man indicted in Hampton robbery case; Portsmouth man accused of threatening cops.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Timmy H. Gregoire, 43, of Arlington Street in Manchester on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of threatening a witness by telling another person to pop the witnesses’ tires on Aug. 13 in Brentwood.

Cody James Haggett, 27, of Laraway Court in Derry on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a woman between Oct. 1 and Nov. 30, 2016, in Derry.

Stephen Ham, 55, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony burglary charge and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, felonies due to two prior convictions. He was accused of burglarizing and stealing cigarettes from R&J BP station in Salem on Aug. 10.

Stephen Hartson, 54, of Skyview Drive in Greenland on two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of making a boy fondle him between July 17, 2011, and July 16, 2016, in Greenland.

Lee-Ann Patricia Henderson, 47, of Governors Road in Farmington on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 23 in Northwood.

Wilmi Daniel Hernandez-Diaz, 26, of an unknown address, on a felony burglary charge after an incident on Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth on Aug. 27.

David A. Hinton, 50, of Denmark Drive in Northwood on three possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, psilocybin, methamphetamine, and crack cocaine, on Feb. 17 in Northwood.

Todd Michael Horstkotte, 50, of Merrill Road in Hillsboro on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two previous convictions. He was accused of stealing a flashlight from Ocean State Job Lot in Derry on Nov. 15, 2020.

Liam Wallace Johnson, 21, of Austin Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of working in concert with others to use physical force — punches, kicks, and other strikes, to another person’s body on Aug. 11 in Hampton.

Javier Lao-Figueroa, 31, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of moving quickly and aggressively against two police officers while holding a knife on June 26.

Sherrice J. Lavigne, 23, of Lincoln Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on July 2 in Brentwood.
