Jonathan Taylor Gagne, 21, of Loudon Road in Concord was arrested at 10:41 a.m. on Oct. 23 on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. Police were sent to an apartment building on Loudon Road for a report of a domestic incident. A woman accused Gagne of striking her and another woman with a frying pan with boiling water in it. Police met with the two women in the parking lot of the building, confirmed the injuries, and spoke about the incident. The complainant said, after the attack, she Tased Gagne in the stomach but it had no effect on him, according to an affidavit. The women brought groceries to the apartment building but refused to bring them inside due to Gagne getting “easily agitated” in the past, the report said. The victim accused Gagne of becoming upset and coming outside after them with the pan. The women yelled at him to dump the water, which he did, but then, Gagne began swinging the pan at them, the affidavit said. One woman was struck in the face while another was hit in the elbow, the report stated. Gagne was arrested and during questioning, said he was bringing the pan outside due to leaving it on the burner too long with water and oil in it. He then saw the women screaming at him to dump it out. “Jonathan informed me that he grew angry as he thought to himself that he would never dump boiling oil on (the woman),” the report said. Gagne, the officer said, claimed to have “blacked out” and admitted to hitting on woman over the head with the pan, the affidavit stated. He did not recall striking the other woman in the elbow, the report said. He was then Tased and he laughed at her after, he reportedly told the officer. Gagne was arrested and held.
