Derry Man Arrested On Aggravated DUI, Other Charges: Salem Police Log
Lawrence teen faces stolen property charge; Hampton woman charged with bail jumping; elderly Maine man charged with reckless operation.
SALEM, NH — Lee C. Smith, 47, of Pembroke Drive in Derry was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2023, on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus, DUI, deal-possess prescription drugs, driving after revocation or suspension, and possession of a controlled drug charges. Police were sent to North Broadway Street for a report of a man attempting to put gas in his truck was it was “spilling all over the ground.” The caller believed the man was intoxicated. The truck left the gas station, drove north on Route 28, and was stopped later. The driver was then arrested. Police said there was “an unfriendly dog” in the truck as well as a firearm secured. Smith was released on personal recognizance later.
Gealexys Marie Rodriguez, 19, of Foster Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 and theft by deception-less than $1,000 charges. She was arrested at police headquarters on a warrant.
Danielle Marie Patterson, 36, of Lafayette Road in Hampton was arrested on a bail jumping charge at 9:59 a.m. on Oct. 23. She was arrested at police headquarters and released on personal recognizance.

Luis S. Espinoza, 48, of Branch Street in Lowell, MA was arrested on three willful concealment charges at 9:53 a.m. on Oct. 23. He was arrested and returned to the Rockingham County Jail.
Brenna M. Centola-Mullen, 27, of Little River Road in Berwick, Maine, was arrested at 10:01 p.m. on Oct. 22 on a possession of a controlled drug charge. Edward H. Coleman III, 48, of Periwinkle Drive in Rochester was also arrested on a warrant. They were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on North Broadway Street. Both were requested on personal recognizance.

Kristopher Michael Desantis, 43, of Riverside Court in Laconia was arrested on a warrant at 11:23 a.m. on Oct. 22. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street and released on $250 cash bail.
Donald Joseph Moloney Jr., 33, of Washington Street in Fitchburg, MA, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. on Oct. 1 on driving after revocation or suspension and two possession of a controlled drug charges. At the Speedway on North Broadway Street, an officer examined a vehicle in the parking lot and found the plate did not belong to the car. Later, the driver was arrested and taken to the Rockingham County Jail. The car was towed to headquarters.
Oscar J. Houle, 76, of Valley Road in North Berwick, ME, was arrested at 1:14 p.m. on Oct. 1 on reckless operation and disobeying an officer charges. Somersworth police met Salem at the Hampton tolls for a warrant arrest. The man was released on personal recognizance later.
Darrell James Jabour, 43, of John Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. on Oct. 1 on operating without a valid license, disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street. Jabour was released later on personal recognizance.
Michael J. Scenna, 64, of Gordon Mountain Road in Windham received a summons at 10:17 a.m. on Oct. 1 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges after a motor vehicle stop on North Broadway Street.
Russell H. Bullis Jr., 51, of Mammoth Road in Londonderry received a summons at 1:15 a.m. on Oct. 1 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street.
