Derry Man Indicted On Murder Charges In Lobster Claw Shooting: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Andru Browfield, 26, of Spring Street in Newmarket on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of brandishing a knife at another person and saying, “I will stick you,” or words to that effect, on Sept. 3, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Felix Cabrera Mejia, 40, of Hampshire Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a simple assault charge and two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting and grabbing another person by the waist in Salem on July 18, 2023.

Nicholas Gaspar Cappello, 33, of Sherburne Road in Portsmouth on stalking-domestic violence-subsequent offense and violation of a protective order-domestic violence-subsequent charges, both felonies. He was accused of stalking and violating a protective order in Portsmouth on Sept. 26, 2023, by sending text messages and being close to a protected party. Cappello was convicted on stalking and violating a protective order charges in Portsmouth District Court in June 2021.

Daniel O. Carmichael II, 31, of Woodlawn Avenue Extension in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on possession of psilocybin, possession of psilocin, possession of zolpidem, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on July 4, 2023, in Hampton.

Kyle Robert Carpenter, 33, of Ham Road in Raymond on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on Route 27 in Raymond on Sept. 1, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Brett Harley Carter Jr., 28, of Prospect Street in Pembroke on possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Feb. 6, 2023, in Brentwood.

Erin M. Casoli, 40, of Dorchester Avenue in Dorchester, MA, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges. She was accused of uttering a check for $4,788.98 from an Enterprise Bank check owned by WDC Construction Inc. in Londonderry on Dec. 20, 2022.

Dillon Perry Coleman, 31, of Roycraft Road in Manchester on felony burglary and attempted burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing a building on Tower Hill Road in Candia twice, on July 13 and Oct. 18, 2023.

Matthew Noah Cresswell, 44, of Union Street in Manchester on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Dec. 8, 2022, in Londonderry.

Zachary Alexander Kachuck, 31, of Homestead Drive in Derry on nine felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing videos in Derry on March 26, 2023.

John Kratz, 28, of Derry, but incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony second-degree murder charges. He was accused of killing John Kratz Jr. by shooting him in the head with a gun on May 17, 2023.
