Queen City Man Indicted On Robbery, Kidnapping, Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Goffstown man indicted on 10 sexual abuse image charges; MA woman indicted in Amherst forgery case; FL man faces child sex assault charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Steven Burleigh, 36, of Calef Road in Manchester on burglary and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Jersey Mike’s on South Willow Street in Manchester and hiding a bag with a cash box inside in the basement of a Calef Road home to impair an investigation between Sept. 8 and Oct. 6.

Damon Carter, 34, of Mount Vernon Road in New Boston on falsifying physical evidence and two first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of kicking a person’s midsection and removing a sweatshirt to impair an investigation on Sept. 29 in Manchester. Erin Marie Casoli, 40, of Adams Avenue in Lynn, Massachusetts, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges. She was accused of attempting to cash a check for $4,752.98 from the bank account of Diesel’s Fuel Injection Service LLC at Bangor Savings Bank in Amherst on Dec. 19, 2022.

Erik Cedrone, 33, with a last known address of Hilltop Road in St. Augustine, Florida, on felonious sexual assault and four pattern-aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl between Feb. 2, 2015, and Feb. 1, 2019, in Manchester.

Korrie Champagne, 50, of South Mammoth Road in Manchester on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. She was accused of cashing invalid checks at Two Guys Food Market in Manchester on Jan. 27.

Antonio Clough, 40, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on robbery, kidnapping, and criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of using a lighter, in the form of a pistol, to rob another person and saying, “I’m going to kill you,” on Aug. 24 in Manchester.

Denise Couture, 54, of Delaware Avenue in Manchester on a felony conduct after an accident charge. On Aug. 22, she was accused of leaving the scene of an accident with a motorcycle, where the rider sustained a laceration to the forehead, in Manchester.

Marian Daud, 19, of Auburn Street in Manchester on robbery and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of punching another person in the head to steal their cell phone and then discarding the phone to impair an investigation on Oct. 9 in Manchester.

Timothy Davis, 30, of Main Street in Bennington on a felony motor vehicles; operating after certified as habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Concord Street in Antrim on May 30 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Joseph Delude, 48, of Meadow Lane in Goffstown on 10 possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing photos and videos on July 19, 2019, in Goffstown.
