Windham Man Indicted On 4 Gun Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Portsmouth man indicted on a burglary charge; Hampton woman faces felony theft charge; Manchester man accused of possessing meth in jail.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Nicholas G. Cappello, 32, of Lincoln Avenue in Portsmouth on a felony burglary charge. Between July 12 and July 15, 2020, he was accused of burglarizing a home on Blue Heron Drive in Portsmouth.
Paul T. Carolan, 43, of Portland Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of purposely entering a home on Judith Street in Danville on May 28, 2021, to take items that constituted a substantial step toward a theft. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of larceny and receiving stolen property charges in Massachusetts.

Danielle Susan Carter, 28, of Gear Road in Rochester on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Dec. 23, 2021, in Newington.
Alexandra V. Cataldo, 41, of Derryfield Court in Manchester on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of meth charges, both felonies, at the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood on May 24.

Annmarie Currier, 55, of Hayes Park in Brentwood on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Portsmouth Avenue in Exeter on March 15 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Jason Arthur Davis, 46, of High Pine Avenue in Nashua on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charge. He was accused of stating, “Do I need to go get my gun?,” or words to the effect at an intimate partner to terrorize them in Hampton on July 6.
Liam Riley Devaney, 26, of Lowell Road in Windham on four felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He was accused of threatening four people with a firearm when they were attempting to leave an area in Windham on March 21.
Melissa Duffy, 42, of Beaver Lake Avenue in Derry on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. She was accused of deleting emails on July 27, 2021, in Newmarket to impede an investigation.
Wayne John Duffy Jr., 41, of Beaver Lake Avenue in Derry on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Between Jan. 4, and Aug. 5, 2021, in Newmarket, he was accused of depositing checks belonging to Caprioli Painting into his personal bank account.
Ashleigh Durant, 33, of Keefe Avenue in Hampton on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Seabrook on Aug. 25, 2021, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
