Derry, Manchester Women Arrested on Robbery Charges: Salem Police Log

Plus, Methuen woman arrested on drug charges, two from Florida arrested on forgery, stolen property charges, and overdoses reported.

SALEM, NH — Kimberley A. Nichols, 52, of East Broadway in Derry, was arrested at 6:56 p.m. on Jan. 23, 2017, for robbery and three counts of willful concealment, all felonies, due to two prior convictions. Police were sent to South Broadway for a report of Target employees “fighting with a female shoplifting,” according to dispatch. Nichols was later arrested.

Krystal L. Silva, 35, of Howe Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug and a bench warrant. Officers were called to Cumberland Farms on South Broadway for a report of two “suspicious females appearing to be under the influence, going in and out of the store,” and then, going into a car in the parking lot. Police later arrested Silva.

Kellie L. Winslowlariviere, 45, of Ashland Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2017, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Bob’s Stores on Cluff Crossing Road.

Brian J. Maxwell, 33, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2017, for DUI. Dispatch took a call from a tipster reporting an intoxicated man leaving the area in a white Hyundai. The vehicle was found at the Shaw’s Supermarket parking lot and Maxwell was arrested. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were called to police headquarters for a medical check later.

At 1:45 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2017, an overdose was reported on North Policy Street.

Isidro Pineiro, 60, of Church Street in Merrimac, MA, received a summons at 11:17 a.m. on Jan. 21, 2017, for operating without a valid license. Police were sent to Best Buy on South Broadway for a report of a man arguing with management at the store. The vehicle left the area and officers caught up with it at Two Guys and Pineiro was issued a summons.

A possible overdose was reported at 10:44 p.m. on Jan. 20, 2017, at the Wendy’s on North Broadway after a woman was reportedly found passed out in an SUV. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were sent to the area. The woman claimed, according to dispatch, that she was just sleep deprived.

Yunior Salas Herrera, 28, of W 30th Street in Hialeah, FL, was arrested at 2:49 p.m. on Jan. 20, 2017, for three counts of receiving stolen property ($1,501+), receiving stolen property (less than $1,000), theft by deception ($1,501+), forgery, and driving after revocation or suspension. Also arrested was Anielo Acosta Suri, 39, of NW 96th in Miami, FL, for forgery, three counts of receiving stolen property ($1,501+), receiving stolen property (less than $1,000), theft by deception ($1,501+), forgery, and falsifying physical evidence, and Shakira Candelaria, 19, of Crawford Street in Lawrence, MA, for theft by deception ($1,501+) and forgery. Detectives were sent to Citizens Bank on South Broadway for a report of a woman allegedly attempting to cash a fraudulent check. Police also found two other women in a vehicle parked outside. All three were arrested.

Antoinette Dominique, 21, of East High Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. on Jan. 20, 2017, on two counts of robbery. Loss prevention at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road called police to report a shoplifter reportedly fighting with employees. She was arrested at the scene.

Jose L. Escalera, 45, of Ash Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on Jan. 20, 2017, for willful concealment and a bench warrant. JCPenney loss prevention reported a shoplifting reportedly fleeing the store. Police stopped the vehicle and arrested the suspect.

Ernesto B. Mateo Jr., 27, of Belmont Street in Manchester, was arrested on warrants. He was arrested on Salem District Court and released to Rockingham County.
