Sheriffs Arrest Manchester Man for Harassment, Indecent Exposure

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office:

Ernesto B. Mateo, 27, pictured, of Belmont Street in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 19, 2016, for two counts of harassment and indecent exposure and lewdness charges.

Michael P. Eduardo, 29, of Cottage Road in Newbury, MA, was arrested on Aug. 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a robbery charge.

Ashley R. Okane, 26, of Sabattus Creek Drive in Lisbon, ME, was arrested on Aug. 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for operating after suspension or revocation, and on a judge’s order to arrest for disobeying an officer.

Daryl G. Gurley Jr., 23, of Railroad Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on a theft by deception charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for receiving stolen property.

David J. Davis, 28, of Howe Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a receiving stolen property charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a theft charge.

Shatoya Q. Egal, 36, of George Street in Waterboro, ME, was arrested on Aug. 8, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge.

Kimberly A. Cellura, 27, of Joliette Street in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 5, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a heroin possession charge.

Cameron M. Melton, 29, of Roberts Road in Eaton Center, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge, operating after suspension, unregistered vehicle, two warrants from another agency – for fraudulent use of a credit card and receiving stolen property – and four bench warrants (fugitive from justice, unregistered motor vehicle/operating after suspension, credit card fraud, and theft).

Kevin J. Guevarez, 24, or Silver Street in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 2, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a sale of heroin charge.

Angel M. Newcomb, 29, of Deep Meadow Lane in Exeter, was arrested on Aug. 1, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an accomplice to theft charge.
