Dover Burglar Arrested for Violating Probation
Sheriffs: Maine man arrested on drug charge, Sanbornton man arrested for marital non-support, and Exeter man fails to pay restitution.

BRENTWOOD, NH – The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department.
Matthew R. Hart, 26, of Whittier Street in Dover, was arrested on June 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on a burglary charge.

Christopher J. Aiken, 28, of Threshing Mill Road in Sanbornton, was arrested on June 16, 2016, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

James R. Martin, 40, of Pleasant Street in Epping, was arrested on June 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a theft charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft, and on a judge’s order to arrest for two counts of forgery.
Marshall E. Hookailo, 29, of Terry Drive in Sanford, ME, was arrested on June 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a possession of fentanyl charge.
David A. Simmons, 50, of Chamberlain Meeting House Road in Exeter, was arrested on June 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution on a receiving stolen property charge.
Richard A. Farrell Jr., 32, of Main Street in Groveland, MA, was arrested on June 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a possession of cocaine charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for resisting arrest.
