Sheriff's Log: Fugitives in NH, Mass. Arrested
Plus, Danville, Manchester, and North Hampton residents arrested on various charges.

Here’s a rundown of recent arrests by Rockingham County Sheriffs:
Elvys Centeno Ruiz, 42, of Rockway in Lynn, MA, was arrested on Jan. 20, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge.
Richard M. Farrell Jr., 27, of Westfield Street in Worcester, MA, was arrested on Jan. 20, for failure to appear at the arraignment of theft and theft of a shotgun charges.

Thomas V. Frady Jr., 40, of Adam Terrace of Lowell, MA, was arrested on Jan. 20, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge.
Justin M. Dunkavich, 26, of Sullivan Road in Hudson, was arrested on Jan. 20, for failure to appear at the arraignment of possession of cocaine and receiving stolen property charges.

Michael Byrne, 27, of Susan Street in Danville, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant on Jan. 21.
Andrew J. Gosselin, 34, of Kensington Road in Hampton Falls, was arrested for failure to appear at a pre-trial conference on an operating while a habitual offender on Jan. 21.
Rebecca A. Kane, 33, of North End Blvd in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on Jan. 22, for failure to appear at a show cause hearing for controlled premises where a drug was kept.
David W. Goodrich, 57, of Garrett Road in North Hampton, was arrested on Jan. 22, on a restitution on an escape charge.
Geoffrey M. James, 28, of Myrtle Road in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 22, on a VOP theft by deception charge.
Kenneth T. Belliveau, 24, of Schanda Drive in Newmarket, was arrested on a VOP receiving stolen property charge on Jan. 23.
