Elderly Seabrook Man Indicted On Gun Threat, Conduct Charges
An alleged Exeter cocaine dealer, an alleged Manchester marijuana drug dealer, and a Nottingham man were indicted on bad check charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Charles R. Eaton III, 67, of South Main Street in Seabrook, for reckless conduct and criminal threatening, both felonies, for alleging discharging a shotgun in the air, in front of others, and pointing it at others in Seabrook on April 10, 2017.
Shatoya Egal, 36, of Durham Road in Dover, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, delivery of articles prohibited, and control of motor vehicle where controlled drugs illegally deposited. The charges stem from an alleged incident on April 2, 2017, in a Chevrolet Blazer in Portsmouth and at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Kimberly Elkins, 47, of South Main Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drugs-heroin, fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 18, 2017, in Salem.

Michael Ferrazzani, 26, of Warren Street in Manchester, for felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell, suspension of registration of vehicle, and driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on Jan. 4, 2017, on Pelham Road in Salem.
James Flanagan, 52, of Revolutionary Drive in Nottingham, for felony issuing bad checks – a $15,000 check drawn on The Provident Bank – allegedly on July 21, 2016, in Nottingham.
Jasen Flowers, 33, of Front Street in Exeter, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine on Aug. 23, Aug. 31, and Sept. 13, 2016, in Exeter.
Michael Francis, 27, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth, for felony possession of controlled drugs-heroin-subsequent and driving after revocation or suspension allegedly in Portsmouth on March 10, 2017.
Jeremy Gowitzke, 34, of High Range Road in Londonderry, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and reckless conduct, both felonies, as well as speeding – 60 in a 30 mph zone, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, traffic control devices, misuse or failure to display plates. The charges stem from an alleged incident on March 18, 2016, on Pleasant Street in Salem.
Justin Granger, 20, of Main Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-psilocybin, a felony, and possession of marijuana allegedly on Jan. 22, 2017, in Atkinson.
Thomas Greeley, 33, of Chester Road in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine allegedly on Feb. 22, 2017, in Salem.
